How do I ship my photo to you? E-mail

Place your pictures between sturdy cardboard sheets (cut slightly larger than the image) and tape the edges of the cardboard. If you're sending more than one photo, place a sheet of white paper between each photo.

Enclose the taped cardboard in a sealed plastic bag, to protect it during shipping. (Zip lock bags work well.)

If you have already received a quote:

  • Print a copy of your quote and insert it in the envelope, outside of the sealed plastic bag containing the original.

If you are requesting a quote:

  • Include a cover letter that provides your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The cover letter also needs to include a detailed description of the restoration work you would like to have completed. Indicate weather you want the finished image as a digital file only or if you would like to order prints.
  • If you wish to order prints please indicate size and quantity of each. Indicate if you would like to have the prints mounted.
  • We will pay up to $5 for return postage in the event you decide not to have us complete the work. If the return shipping cost is more than $5 we will provide you with an invoice for the shipping costs and return the original after receiving your payment. Learn more about shipping costs here.

On the outside of your package, please write: PHOTOS--DO NOT BEND.

Please send your photos via; U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Federal Express or UPS. Use their envelopes or packaging, if you can. Specify full insurance coverage for your parcels.

We are not responsible for damage or loss due to shipping.
