We do our absolute best to make sure all of our clients are completely satisfied with our work. You are provided with a low resolution proof before we complete the project. This is the time for you to let us know if you are less than satisfied with our work. If you find something you are not satisfied with, we will rework it and submit another proof to you. Once you have approved the proof and we have delivered the finished order to you, no refunds will be allowed. |
